New Homes South Tampa
We build new homes in South Tampa and where people want to live. It is as simple as that.
South Tampa
We build new homes in pristine South Tampa neighborhoods that are highly desirable living areas. For example, many are in A-rated public school districts and with easy accessibility to the shopping, dining and entertainment that is offered year round. Hyde Park, Soho, Palma Ceia, Bayshore and Davis Islands are close to the Westshore Mall, International Mall and Hyde Park Village’s open-air shopping center. Movie theaters are nearby, as well as critically acclaimed chef-focused restaurants and national chains.
The neighborhoods of the new homes South Tampa are also in close proximity of Raymond James Stadium for Bucs games, Amalie Arena for Lightning hockey, and George Steinbrenner field for Yankees Spring Training games.
Tampa International Airport, which was named North America’s second-best airport by Travel + Leisure readers and the Airports Council International, is just a short drive away.
St. Petersburg, Palm Harbor and the Beaches
Not only do we build in South Tampa, but we also build in St. Pete. St. Petersburg is home to award-winning beaches, the world-class Dali Museum and Chihuly Glass Museum, and a bustling, yet walkable, downtown that is known for its craft breweries, chef-driven restaurants and artisanal marketplace. In fact, just north, Palm Harbor offers gorgeous parks, a wildlife sanctuary, and internationally renowned Innisbrook Golf Academy. Also, St. Pete-Clearwater Airport is a convenient destination for low cost carriers.
Sarasota
Further south along the Gulf coast is Sarasota, a cultural and beach destination. The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art is the state art museum of Florida and houses world-renowned collections from artists such as Peter Paul Reubens, Marcel Duchamp, and Diego Velazquez to name a few.
Between Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico are a number of barrier islands that offer white sugary beaches. For instance, these include: Lido Key, St. Armand’s Key, Bird Key, Siesta Key and Longboat Key. St. Armand’s Circle is an upscale shopping and dining mecca that draws tourists from all over the world.
Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is a public airport for smaller carriers.
